Pricing & Billing
What is the license model provided?
This will be a SaaS based license model, with pay per employee per month. No additional cost is involved with respect to licenses
What is the cost of license for one employee per month?
Our pricing is very feasible and affordable to all level of customers. Usually prices vary based on volumes. Please contact our sales team for prices.
Can I get Logface for one-time purchase?
No, Logface app comes with frequent updates and compatibility measures with all new versions of Andriod which are released. One-time purchase model would not suit for this kind of scenarios. Yet, there is option for bulk volumes on yearly pricing. To know more about it contact our sales team.
Will I get all new features & updates at same cost?
Yes, all new features and updates will be automatically updated while released. There is no additional cost involved.
What will be the payment cycle for every month?
Every month billing will be done on first week of succeeding month based on the actual number employee’s usage of app.
If an employee joins on 10th of the month, how will the bill be calculated?
Every employee joining and relieving will be calculated on pro-rata basis. For instance, if an employee joins on 10th of the month, he will be calculated only for remaining 20 days.
Data, Security & Privacy
Is Logface face recognition secure?
Yes. High level encryption and tokenization of sensitive data are standard practices at Logface. Logface's system is hosted at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Logface offers 2048-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and AES-128 XTS encryption at rest for customers’ face templates and AES-256 for all backups and image storage.
Is my employee information private?
Yes, it is. We do not use any personally identifiable information, and any face template data we create cannot be reverse engineered.
Can I see employees stored master images and attendance capturing images?
Yes, you will be able to see the master images and transactional images of employee on the web application provided to you.
After the contract is over, how long will my data will be there on cloud?
After, the contact is over, the data will be available on cloud for next three months from the end date of contract. However, you can download all the data and keep it for further references.
